How to Check Your Order’s Shipping Status?

After placing an order, you can track the progress of your shipment by following the steps below:

Step 1: After your order is successfully placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address used during checkout. This email includes your order information such as the order ID, product name(s), estimated shipping timeframe, and total order cost.

Step 2: We will process your order and prepare it for shipment. Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, we will update the tracking number in our system. You will then receive a shipping notification email containing your tracking number and a tracking link to monitor your delivery.

Step 3: You can check your shipment status directly via the shipping notification email we send. Additionally, you may visit the Order Tracking page on our website and enter your order ID along with the email address used for purchase to view your tracking number.

Please note that order processing time and estimated time are separate. After a successful order placement, it typically takes 5–7 business days for order processing before the tracking number email is sent to your registered email address.
