Return Policy

At Bloom Nestify, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Return or Refund

We accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Defective or Damaged Items
    • Wrong size, color, or design delivered.
    • Manufacturing defects or damage during transit.
    • (Customer misuse or wear & tear is not eligible.)
  • General Dissatisfaction
    • If the product does not meet your expectations, you may still request a return within the 30-day window.

Please note: Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at support@bloomnestify.com with your Order ID and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
  3. If approved, we will send you a prepaid Return Label via email.
  4. Print the label, attach it to the package, and ship it back to us.

💡 There are no return fees — we cover the shipping costs once your return is approved.

Refund or Replacement

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will email you to confirm.
  • You may choose between a full refund (excluding original shipping fee, if any) or a replacement.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Order Cancellation:
    • Within 12 hours of purchase → Full refund.
    • After 12 hours → Order is already processing and cannot be canceled.
  • Order Modifications:
    • Product details (size, color, design) cannot be changed after payment.
    • Delivery address changes may be accepted if requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

Missing Orders

If your package does not arrive:

  1. Please check the tracking number and with neighbors or local post office first.
  2. If still missing, contact us at support@bloomnestify.com.
  3. We will investigate with the carrier and get back to you within 2 business days.
  4. If confirmed lost, you may choose a refund or replacement.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are typically completed within 5 – 7 business days after approval.
  • Bank processing times may add 1 – 3 business days depending on your provider.
