User Content reflects the opinions of individual customers only and does not represent the views of Bloom Nestify. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of any User Content posted on the Site.

Bloom Nestify reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review, monitor, edit, or remove any User Content at its sole discretion, without prior notice, including content that violates these Terms or is otherwise deemed inappropriate.

Account Creation and Use

Bloom Nestify does not offer open registration for user accounts. Customer accounts are created automatically only after a successful purchase is made on the Site, using the email address provided at checkout. These accounts are intended solely to allow customers to view and manage order-related information, including order status and shipping details.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during checkout is accurate and up to date. Access credentials associated with your account are for your personal use only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access information and for all activities that occur under your account.

Bloom Nestify is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to or use of your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any account if we reasonably believe that the account is being misused, accessed fraudulently, used in violation of these Terms & Conditions, or associated with false or misleading information.

You may stop accessing or using the Site at any time at your discretion. However, these Terms & Conditions will remain in effect until terminated by Bloom Nestify.

We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any loss or damage arising from the unavailability of the Site or from any such modifications.

Product Information

Pricing, Fees, and Payment

All prices displayed on the Bloom Nestify website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). The total cost of an order consists only of:

  • The product price as displayed on the product page; and
  • The shipping fee, which is clearly shown during the Cart and Checkout process.

Bloom Nestify does not charge or collect sales tax, VAT, customs duties, or any other additional fees. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the total amount displayed at Checkout represents the full and final amount charged for your order.

Customers are solely responsible for reviewing product specifications, order details, and the total order amount before submitting payment. Orders that have been successfully placed and paid for are considered final and prepared for shipment in accordance with our policies.

Product Descriptions and Specifications

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, measurements, specifications, and images displayed on our website are accurate and complete. However, all product information is provided for reference purposes only.

Due to differences in lighting conditions, photography techniques, screen settings, and device displays, actual product colors may vary slightly from images shown on the website. Minor color variations caused by lighting or display differences are considered normal and do not constitute a product defect or misrepresentation.

For carpet and rug products, the stated thickness is approximately 1.2 cm as specified on the product page. Perceived thickness may vary depending on usage conditions, flooring type, compression during shipping, or individual expectations. A product that meets the stated measurement specifications shall not be considered defective, even if it appears thinner based on visual perception alone.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review all product details and specifications prior to purchasing.

Order Fulfillment and Shipping

Bloom Nestify primarily partners with Yun Express for international shipping. Once shipments arrive in the United States, final delivery is typically handled by local carrier partners, most commonly USPS. In some cases, delivery may be completed without photographic proof of delivery, as USPS does not consistently provide delivery images.

An order marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier shall be deemed successfully delivered unless verified otherwise by the carrier.

If a customer claims non-receipt of an order that is marked as delivered, the customer must first contact the final-mile carrier (e.g., USPS) to initiate an investigation or obtain official confirmation of non-delivery. Bloom Nestify may require such confirmation before any refund or resolution can be considered.

Failure to cooperate with carrier verification procedures may result in the denial of refund or replacement requests.

Errors, Accuracy, and Updates

Bloom Nestify reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product information, pricing, availability, shipping details, or other website content at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.

Bloom Nestify makes no warranties or representations regarding the absolute accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information displayed on the website and shall not be liable for any reliance placed on such information by users.

Payment Policy

All payments for purchases made on the Bloom Nestify website are securely processed through a third-party payment processor, Stripe. Bloom Nestify does not directly process, store, or retain any payment card information.

At no time does Bloom Nestify collect or store sensitive payment details, including but not limited to:

  • Credit or debit card numbers
  • Cardholder names
  • CVV or security codes
  • Card expiration dates
  • Bank account information

All payment transactions are handled exclusively by Stripe in accordance with its security standards, privacy practices, and PCI-DSS compliance requirements.

Bloom Nestify only collects and stores customer information necessary for order fulfillment and delivery purposes, which may include:

  • Customer full name
  • Email address
  • Contact phone number
  • Shipping address
  • Any additional information voluntarily provided by the customer or reasonably required to complete delivery

By submitting a payment through our website, you acknowledge and agree that your payment information is processed directly by Stripe and is subject to Stripe’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Bloom Nestify bears no responsibility or liability for the handling, storage, or security of payment information managed by Stripe.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The Bloom Nestify website is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bloom Nestify expressly disclaims all representations, warranties, and conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, relating to the website and any products, merchandise, or services offered through it.

This includes, without limitation, any implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, or that the website or products will meet your expectations or requirements.

Your use of the website is entirely at your own risk. You assume full responsibility for any costs associated with servicing, repairing, or correcting your devices, systems, or data resulting from your access to or use of the website.

Bloom Nestify does not warrant or guarantee that:

  • Any products purchased through the website;
  • Any delay, interruption, error, or failure in website operation;
  • Any inaccuracies, omissions, or errors in product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content;
  • Any acts, omissions, or conduct of third parties, including payment processors and shipping carriers.

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory involved, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence, strict liability, or any other cause of action, even if Bloom Nestify has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall Bloom Nestify’s total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the website, products, or these Terms & Conditions exceed the greater of (a) USD $250.00 or (b) the total amount you paid to Bloom Nestify for your order giving rise to the claim.

You acknowledge and agree that Bloom Nestify would not be able to provide access to the website or sell products at the stated prices without these limitations of liability, and that such limitations represent a fair allocation of risk between the parties.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, Bloom Nestify’s liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Time Limitation

You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the website, any products purchased, or these Terms & Conditions must be brought within one (1) year from the date the claim first arose. Any claim not brought within this time period shall be permanently barred to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bloom Nestify, together with its employees, contractors, agents, service providers, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your violation of any applicable law or regulation;
  • Your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of Bloom Nestify or any third party.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of the website or your purchase of products from Bloom Nestify, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

By using our website, you agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of California, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
