Shipping Policy

At Bloom Nestify, our goal is to ensure that every order is processed efficiently and delivered safely. We work with trusted third-party fulfillment partners to handle packaging and shipping for all customer orders. All orders are processed at our warehouse in Torrance, California (1985 Del Amo Blvd, Torrance, CA 90501).
Processing & Delivery Time
- Order Processing: 5 – 7 business day after payment confirmation.
- Standard Shipping (US): 10 – 15 business days.
✅ Total estimated delivery time = Processing Time + Delivery Time =15 – 22 business days (depending on shipping option chosen).
Delivery times may vary depending on item availability, carrier workload, and destination.We currently ship through reliable carriers such as USPS and FedEx. Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Please note: Delays may occur due to weather conditions, peak seasons, or carrier issues. If any unexpected delay occurs, we will notify you promptly.
Shipping Fee
- Standard Shipping: $9.99 (price includes order insurance; in case of loss, we will refund the full order value).
- Free Standard Shipping: on orders over $150 (after discounts, if any).
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details (recipient name, phone number, email, and delivery address) are accurate.
- If an incorrect address is provided, leading to lost or undeliverable packages, Bloomnestify cannot be held responsible.
- Reshipping fees, if applicable, will be the customer’s responsibility.
Working Hours
Our warehouse operates from Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 5 PM (PST). We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.
Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order appears delayed or missing, please contact us at support@bloomnestify.com with your Order ID.
- We will investigate with the carrier and update you within 2 business days.
- If the package is confirmed lost, you may choose between a replacement or a refund (see our Return & Refund Policy for details).
