This impressive Prosperity Deity statue represents the traditional image of the Caishen, widely known as the God of Wealth in Asian culture. The statue stands approximately 8.2 ft tall with a base diameter of 3.3 ft, carved from a single block of Chun Sun Cam wood. Depicted standing with a warm smile, the figure symbolizes prosperity, abundance, and positive energy, making it a powerful centerpiece for spiritual and decorative spaces.
The entire sculpture is hand-carved by skilled artisans, highlighting detailed craftsmanship throughout the figure. One of the most distinctive features of this piece is the natural burl formations at the base. These unique wood knots come directly from the original tree and were intentionally preserved by the artisans. Instead of cutting them away, the craftsmen carefully carved only the surrounding wood, allowing the natural burl clusters to remain intact. This rare natural detail enhances the statue’s character and emphasizes the authenticity and uniqueness of the original wood block.
