About Size and Fit
Our rectangular rugs come in various sizes to fit different spaces: 2 ft x 3 ft (60 cm x 91 cm), 3 ft x 5 ft (91 cm x 152 cm), 4 ft x 6 ft (122 cm x 183 cm), 5 ft x 8 ft (152 cm x 244 cm), and 5.2 ft x 9 ft (158 cm x 274 cm). These options ensure you’ll find the right size for your room.
We offer round rugs in six sizes, labeled XS, S, M, L, XL, and 2XL, with diameters of 60 cm, 80 cm, 100 cm, 120 cm, and 150 cm. These sizes allow you to choose the best fit for any round space you’d like to decorate.
Our blankets are available in three sizes: 30 x 40 in, 50 x 60 in, and 60 x 80 in. These sizes provide options for different needs, from cozying up on the couch to layering on your bed.
Our quilts, quilt sets, and bedding sets come in four standard bed sizes: Twin (173 x 218 cm / 68″ x 85″), Full (203 x 229 cm / 80″ x 90″), Queen (228 x 228 cm / 89″ x 89″), and King (260 x 228 cm / 102″ x 90″). Each set is designed to fit these standard bed sizes perfectly.
Our pillows come in a standard size of 50 x 75 cm, designed to complement the bed sizes in our quilt, quilt set, and bedding set collections.
Shipping and Delivery
We offer two shipping options: Standard Shipping and Express Shipping. Both options include order processing and delivery times, and are managed through trusted carriers like USPS, Yun Express, or FedEx.
For Standard Shipping, your order will take 5 – 7 business days to process and an additional 13 – 18 business days for delivery. The total time to receive your order is approximately 18 – 25 business days.
With Express Shipping, your order will take 5 – 7 business days to process and an additional 7 – 10 business days for delivery. The total estimated time to receive your order is around 12 – 17 business days.
Our order cutoff time is 22:00 (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
Our warehouse is located at 1985 Del Amo Blvd, Torrance, California (CA) 90501, United States. We process and ship orders Monday through Saturday, with no shipping on Sundays and public holidays.
Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 30-day window from the date of receiving your product to request a return or refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase. To initiate a return or refund, please email us at support@bloomnestify.com with your order details, such as product SKU, Order ID, and proof of your issue (photo or video).
Defective products include items that differ in size, color, or design from what was ordered or have a manufacturing issue. Damaged products are those that were damaged during manufacturing or delivery. Note: Defects or damages from customer use are not eligible for return or refund.
If you’re not satisfied with a product or service, please email us at support@bloomnestify.com with a description of your dissatisfaction, along with supporting proof like photos, an unpacking video, or relevant correspondence. We will evaluate your claim within 5 business days and respond via email.
To return a defective or damaged product, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Email us within 15 days of receiving the product, including a photo or video of the issue and your Order ID.
- Step 2: Our production team will review your request and respond within 5 business days, sending a return label if approved.
- Step 3: Print the return label and ship the product back in its original packaging.
- Step 4: Once we receive the item, we’ll confirm with you whether you’d like a refund or replacement.
No, there is no charge for returning a product. We cover all return shipping costs once your return is approved.
Yes, you may cancel your order by emailing us within 12 hours of successful payment. Orders canceled within 12 hours receive a full refund. Orders cannot be canceled after 12 hours from payment.
Yes, you can request a change to your delivery address within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing us. We cannot guarantee address changes beyond this timeframe, as the order may already be scheduled for shipment.
If your order has not arrived, please first check the delivery status using your Order ID. If it’s still missing, contact us, and we will investigate within 2 business days. If confirmed as lost or damaged by the carrier, we’ll offer a full refund or replacement.
